General information:
- Free shipping to any locality located in Cargus Urgent Cargus Delivery Zone 1 for all orders over 199 lei. For cities with additional kilometers, a shipping fee of 25 lei will be charged regardless of the order value.
- for orders lower than 199 lei, a transport fee of 25 lei will be applied, plus a surcharge of 25 lei if the destination city is not in Zone 1 of delivery.
- Warranty: 24 months for original Ford parts , 12 months for DP spare parts for Ford.
- The minimum order is 50 lei.
- Original Ford products that are not in stock and are available on order have a delivery time of 5 to 25 working days, required for import from Germany.
- There are no discount products at the net price, indicated in this sense with "* net price".
- Products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package in its original packaging and without being mounted on the machine.
- Different orders can not be cumulated to benefit from a larger discount.
- Orders are placed exclusively online , only consultancy can be provided by phone for purchase.
- Products purchased from the online store do not include workmanship in service unless this is explicitly specified. - Confirmation of receipt of the order by the AltGrad Auto team is done automatically by email and SMS . - Some external controls may require a 50% feed to be processed.
- For products that require the old part to be exchanged without being available at the moment of receipt of the goods by the customer, to be dismantled from the car afterwards, the counterpart (guarantee) of the old piece will be paid by the customer, the amount being returned after sending and receiving the old piece at AltGrad Auto headquarters. The prices for products listed on the site do not include this warranty.
